New GLE alert by ANEMOS

On 28 October 2021, the operational worldwide Neutron Monitor Network recorded a ground level enhancement of the cosmic ray intensity, named GLE73 followed by a Minor Radiation Storm. The alert was issued 45 minutes earlier than GOES satellites.
